Radio communications have come to light indicating Roger Penske may have cut a deal with tiny Front Row Motorsports to gain Joey Logano a postion late in the race on Saturday night. Logano did pass Front Row Motorsports driver David Gilliland just after a restart. Gilliland's lap times dropped off by almost a full second per lap after being passed. A spokesperson for Front Row Motorsports said the team did not heed the request by Penske. Penske Racing has yet to comment on the situation. It appears that MWR may not have been the only team acting shady at the Richmond race.

It doesn't sound like there is sufficient evidence to support that there was wrong doing involved here, plus, isn't there radio communications between teams going on during every race? What do you think they're all talking about anyway, lunch plans?
